Battlegrounds Mobile India, a popular battle royale game, was banned in India in July 2022 due to privacy and safety concerns raised by the Indian government. Since then, the game has not been available in any online store. However, there is good news for the Indian mobile gaming community. According to a recent report by Samsung Securities, KRAFTON's financial services provider in South Korea, Battlegrounds Mobile India is expected to make a comeback in the second quarter of 2023. The report suggests that BGMI may return to the play store in April, May, or June. Furthermore, PUBG Mobile's 2.6 version will also be released globally around the same time.

Despite the ban, there has been no official word on the return of the game. However, the statement by Samsung Securities has given hope to the game's fans.
